Oh, to be a teen again. This stage of life can be both highly challenging and difficult to navigate for young adults. There’s so much to balance, from the pressures of school, friends, family, teachers, to just being a well-balanced and healthy teenager. What often proves to be even more challenging is just getting teens to admit that they’re struggling, not fitting in or feeling a little awkward about where they are in their lives.
Our counselors are well versed in addressing the multitude of concerns and behavior issues affecting teens, through individual or family counseling.
Our Goal: To replace your teen’s ineffective decision-making and potentially harmful behaviors with new positive, effective and constructive choices and behaviors.
