Jena is a Registered Dietitian who recently relocated to Kelowna, BC after living in Halifax for 6 years. While in Nova Scotia, she founded Fueling with Food and built it into a thriving practice providing nutrition counselling and media communications both locally and nationally.  He also taught in the School of Nutrition and Dietetics at Acadia University. In fact, she continues to teach 5 Nutrition courses through Acadia’s distance education department.
