In conjunction with the nonprofit, Screening for Mental Health, all of us at CareNet would like to encourage you to take advantage of this free online screening, and help us spread the word.
Much like the medical community screens for diabetes and high blood pressure, this program provides free, anonymous screenings for depression, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
To take an anonymous online screening, please click on the appropriate button below.
Why take the time for a screening?Depression screening is effective in linking at-risk individuals with the appropriate treatment options. For example, an independent research study commissioned by Screening for Mental Health showed that 55% of participants who completed an online depression screening and who agreed to participate in a follow-up survey sought depression treatment within three months of completing their screening.
CareNet Is Here. If after taking any of the program’s mental health screening quizzes, you need to talk to someone, please call our office to set up an appointment with a CareNet counselor in your area.
